WHAT YOU NEED FROM US

Our valuations are based upon considerable experience and in-depth knowledge of the market. We will, wherever possible, research the market for examples of similar properties for sale, and which have recently been sold, to offer comparable evidence to substantiate our valuations. Where we feel it is important we will advice on changes desirable to your home to improve the presentation in order to achieve the best possible price speedily.
We will be open and honest with you, listen to your particular requirements.
Whenever there is a viewing, we will ring to inform you, even if we are holding the keys. We always endeavour to get to the property before the client (This is very important when you are not there to open the house and turn on the lights). We keep viewers alert through the viewing by talking about the features on your home, transport links, parks etc. We maintain a rapport with you, this is very good to keep our customers updated.

If you are considering instructing an agent to act for you, always look for some confirmation as to their ability to earn praise from their clients. Those that are unable to do so may have something to hide. You should steer well clear no matter how cheap the selling fee may appear.
